AND I WAS BANNED FROM USING THIS WONDERFUL MISTAKE CORRECTING INVENTION DURING EXAM!??!?!!

Apparantly I've been detached from the schooling system for too long to know that they have a new ruling other than not bringing hp into the exam hall. But LIQUID PAPER!??!! Dats strange. Why cant?? Not as if people will cheat by writing notes on the correction tapes (ya correction tapes disallowed oso).

And not jus UOL, those JC students r oso not allowed to use correcting materials. Wanna see our mistakes issit.

With me being the muddle-headed, messy handwriting person I m, I endured 2 papers without liquid paper. I pity the examiners for all the cancellations they had to face. No No, I pity myself more, cos the examiners r jus not gonna give marks for anything they cant read. 0.0!!

The exam was held in... SINGAPORE EXPO! I was in Hall 1 for both papers. It was FREAKING HUGE! We had to check our seats on the notices outside. The font is damn small, so many degrees courses to search thru. I was sitting near the exit for the past 2 papers thankfully. But still, doing exam in a concert hall is still unnerving. Being a virgin at UOL big exams, I entered thru the front door, or 1st door, or watever u call it, to check out small font of the row number pasted on the walls. I was at Row 3, 3 rows from the door, and so I walked down to my seat.

Walking down 131 seats is damn tiring. And I'm like only 3/5 of the hall. So assuming there's 200 seats per row, there's 30+ rows (make it 30), its abt 6000 candidates!~ DATS a 大场面! (The most I've been to was for SAT i think, some JC's hall.)

The accounts paper went down the drain. I jus hope I can pass. I still hate accounts when the balance sheets CANNOT balance. Gimme 34 points I'll be happy. For I did not finish the paper, nor attempted all the questions I'm supposed to do. I left out 1 section A question, started a section C question but din complete in time, the P&L and B/S for section B cannot freaking balance and I did the freaking P&L twice bcos I forgot to add depreciation in (AND CANNOT USE LIQUID PAPER) and worse, I forgot if I need to add depreciation or not, so jus add in. The same goes for investment althou shortly b4 the exam end, I remembered that it SHLDN'T be in, but no time to recalculate already. I knew it was wrong when my P&L had profit of 1 million+ when it was a loss of 300k the previous yr. Lemme pass, lemme pass.

And I freakingly cannot remember all the financial formulas. I had read it jus before going to the exam hall. Somehow it jus all wandered ard the huge hall and outta my reach. Lemme pass, lemme pass.

I did a lot of cancellations for accounts. Cancel until no time to do. Dun ask me y I din use mankind's greatest stationary invention, the pencil. I was afraid I write, erase, after dat no time to use ink to write over, then examiner wun consider pencil-written answers as the absolute answer, no marks. ARGHHH!!

Sociology wise, I approached section D question with the incorrect focus. Y din I remember the question is in SECTION D!??! Dats a Bureaucracy question!!

"Power is ultimately economic power." Explain and discuss.

I simply put all the ideas of the 3 sociologists in, then analysed it using my logic, and worse still, I din study much for bureaucracy, I din even write dat in. I tackled it from the owner dominating power over the workers' perspective, and how economic power is able to help other countries prosper or decline. Bureaucracy arhhh.. Dats a 30 mark essay!

I think its crazy. How to write 2 30 marks essay in 3 hours!?!!? Section A was rather easy for me, since I've learnt it twice (Marketing Research), then comes Section B and C, choose to answer one question from either sections.

Compare a idealist explanation for social change with a materialist explanation.

I hope I answered it in the correct way. Think I spent too much time on section A, writing paragraphs for 2 or 3 marks questions.

I'm so out of touch with exams. Cant grasp hold of the timings well still. And I was rather sick doing the Sociology paper. Sniffing all the way.

Psycho and Mangerial Econs end of May. Giving myself a small breather 1st. (The small breather will turn into a huge huff and puff..)

*Point of note: MY SLIDERMAN T-SHIRT IS SPOILT!! The color ran!! And to think that its was the nicest and fitting-est shirt I bought from tw. Any solutions for getting the ran color off from a white base?
